Further Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Furthermore included in this new document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, marked on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and features a legend detailing various parts of the estate.

Alongside this are what look to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.

Additional documentation disclosed as part of the continuing oversight process.
